Now ive just been chatting to Sam about this and thought ti would make a good thread.
In the US you are a lot more concious of political correctness and how its used not just by the media/government but the average person. Take Christmas for example, you often say 'happy holidays' that's never said here, its nearly allways referred to as Christmas, even on News Shows etc where you would think they where more diverse. hanukkah hardly even comes up in the UK. Other festivals are also noticed less IMO. Sam made a good point that US is much more dirvse, but i still think its strange how UK different things are.
