Where was the 23 in S7? The anniversary/Francis' birthday thing has always worked out in season 6, but if I remember right it was Blackout that screwed up that cycle. I used to have a version of the timeline where everything was all on one line, like a real timeline; I'll see if I can't find and post that one.
