'HOUSE’ PARTIES ON

Steve Martin and Queen Latifah brought down the House again, beating three new wide releases to become the year’s second movie to hold the top spot for two weeks in a row (Daredevil was the first). Frankie Muniz’s junior-spy-in-training comedy, Agent Cody Banks, infiltrated second place with $14.1 mil — enough to greenlight the sequel, which starts shooting in May. But the real champ was British cross-cultural soccer flick Bend It Like Beckham, which scored a smashing $26,921 per-site average in just six theaters. Goal!
