That WAS hilarious! It was more the premise than the rest of the plot that bugged me. For the first min or so while I was watching it (b/c I'd missed the first part), I assumed that Dewey had started smoking just in order to make Hal get rid of the cigarettes and then accidentely gotten addicted.
