Default FOX: We’re ready for our next ‘Malcolm in the Middle’

    Front Page Post

"Our comedy brand has been a little anemic ... the last batch of years, and we're ready for our next 'Malcolm in the Middle,' " - Fox Entertainment president Kevin Reilly
Really FOX? We are quite happy with the current Malcolm in the Middle, if only we could watch it...maybe on DVD?!

Anyway complaining aside the fact that FOX hasn't been happy with anything since Malcolm shows (if there was any doubt) that its an unmissable series. I would welcome something from FOX that even tries to come close to what Malcolm is, so I look forward to what the future brings to our screens.

This comes as FOX decides to shakes up its development cycle and pitch system in the hope that it creates better opportunity for new talent to rise to the top.

Of course Malcolm is easily replaceable. The War At Home was already supposed to have done it. Try Again

    they will be many tries

and how can a network be ready for their next ‘Malcolm in the Middle’?... it is all up to if writers or directors can create such a thing, and the show get pitched to FOX.

FOX probably been ready for their next ‘Malcolm in the Middle’ all the way since the day after the show ended, and after many failed attempts, they will get closer and closer to that goal.
