Kelcey, you seem like a very intellectual type of person. You're right, you do "gottaluvem." At least you have Kelcey Grammar; a male celebrity who shares your name. Welcome to the forums.

My real first name is Michael. I am glad I found this site one day while surfing for MITM websites.

How did you come up with "Jamie" if your real name is Michael? Real fan of Jamie?

I didn't technically make it up, the word "SPLAT" came from the "Demon Headmaster" books
WOW! A fellow fan of SPLAT, I remember in primary school being part of our own Demon headmaster SPLAT club. Anyway back to my username, I feel its pretty self explanatory, the comments and sidelines provided by Dewey make MITM what it is- in my opinion any way.

Re: First Names, and username origins

My real name is Miranda. I have no middle name, but I want to hopefully give myself the middle name Eve in the future.

My username has a boring story behind it, but I'll tell it anyway. Way back when I was 15 (er, obviously :p), I needed a username for something or another online. I totally forget what it was now, but it's not important.

Anyway, I tried Miranda... not accepted. I tried Myranda... nothing. And on and on, through Meranda, Muranda, Mira, Myra, Mera, Mura, Randa, Randie, Randy, and Randee... all resulted in zilch. Then I repeated all those names, but I added my age at the time at the end... and finally, finally, Randee15 was accepted.

I continued use Randee15 as my standard online name ever after.

I think that's the most interesting story we've had yet. Bravo. Welcome.

Ryebeach is simply the name of a town, Rye Beach in New Hampshire where my family has had a home on the beach for many years. Rye Beach is minutes from a much larger city where my regular house is. The small town is peaceful and serene and away from the popular tourist destinations such as Hampton Beach.

It's funny how, in spite of this thread, we mostly call each other by the usernames.:)

I try and call people by their real names, but sometimes it gets confusing (e.g. J=Justin can be confused with Justin Berfield.)

see what happens when your name matches that of a star on MITM?;) :D

No, I don't mind, I get called lots of things. people who don't know my name at school(Now that I don't understand, I did school tv broadcasts, a speach a graduation, and was introduced multiple times to the students by my (former, yes!) idiotic principal, and they would call me "president kid", "student council guy", and "that guy on tv yesterday".

So now you know my really long explanation about how I don't care what I'm called, as long as I'm not called late for dinner.:D
