Amanda Beard 2 time Olympic Gold medallist has this to say:
You live in L.A. — who is the biggest name in your cell phone? Oh brother. … Frankie Muniz? He’s the biggest sweetheart. We go on motorcycle rides all the time because he’s big into them and so is my boyfriend.
Drive Energy Soda logos will be featured on both Jensen MotorSport race cars of drivers Tom Sutherland and Frankie Muniz.
“What a thrill to extend our existing relationship with Champ Car by sponsoring such an up and coming team,” said Brion Ware, President of Mood Brands. “Drive will be all over the track in Cleveland, on Tom and Frankie’s cars along with our Official Energy Soda of the Cleveland Grand Prix sponsorship.”
“There is a terrific match between the Drive Energy Soda and Jensen MotorSport brands”, said team owner Eric Jensen. “The celebrity and youth of our drivers is a good match for the brand positioning of Drive Energy Soda, and the lifestyle events that our team frequently hosts will provide race fans a good opportunity to sample Drive product.”

GameSetWatch.com have had a steady stream of comments on one of their posts about a possible Stay Alive (Horror movie starring Frankie Muniz) video game. Currently it’s all rumours nothing solid, but there has been a lot of interest since DVD release with people wanting to get their hands on the actual video game, which comes to life and kills various shrieking protagonists in the movie.
[the game] doesn’t exist, unfortunately - though one commenter does point out a Yahoo Video Games post, explaining that movie co-creators William Brent Bell and Matthew Peterman and Epic’s Cliff Bleszinski “…created a game design document for a Stay Alive game. While the game only exists as CGI in the movie, which was done by Pixel Liberation Front, the team does have a real game design document that they can use for a second film.
I’m not holding my breathe - as much as I would like to help Frankie escape death! See the movie trailer below.
Tribeca Enterprises, the parent company for the annual May film festival, has been so delighted with the response the festival’s outdoor movie screenings have generated that for four nights, between Tuesday (June 19) and Friday (June 22), they’re going to show movies on a 30-foot-by-50-foot screen in front of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The “Drive-In” will open each night at 6 p.m. with movies starting at 9 p.m. each night.
“Mo” writer-director Brian Scott Lederman’s coming-of-age story set on Long Island’s South Shore, which stars “Malcolm in the Middle’s” Erik Per Sullivan in the title role of a teenager coping with a genetic mutation called “Marfan Syndrome.” It’s being screened by the festival Thursday June 21.
Next month a new series of TV Land Confidential starts on TV Land (US Cable Channel). The 3rd episode that airs on July 18, 10 pm entitled “Finales” will feature an exclusive visit to the set of Malcolm in the Middle at its finale back in 2006.
FINALES: Even in the world of television all good things must come to an end - from the hit shows that go out with a bang, to the series that are quietly canceled there’s always a story behind the send-off. This episode looks at the shows that got to say good-bye, some that didn’t and some that said good-bye, and then unexpectedly got stays of “cancellation” and returned from the dead. What finale was originally planned for The Mary Tyler Moore Show? How did Bob Newhart kept the secret of his final Newhart episode? Viewers will also get an exclusive set visit to the finale of Malcolm In The Middle.
On June 10 Frankie Muniz competed in the 2nd Champ Car Atlantic race at Portland International Raceway. Frankie started in 25th place and again managed to improve on his starting position, but during the last lap he got past Brian Thienes to finish in 20th place.

My very first feature parody for (MAD) magazine was “Malcolm in the Middle”. I was contacted by a representative of the actor who played the dad (Bryan Cranston) on the show who was interested in buying the original art. I quoted a reasonable price for it but they never called me back. In the ensuing conversation I was told the actor that played the title character of Malcolm, Frankie Muniz, didn’t like his caricatures…… I haven’t lost any sleep over that.
What do you think Malcolm is saying to each of the family members (and Stevie)?
Here’s mine: Malcolm to Reese: Open your eye’s or you’ll miss him!
