I agree! Very interesting question about Justin being absent.

Season 4 was filmed after the summer holidays of 2002, and the only filming he could have been doing at that time would be for 'Who's You Daddy", which wasn't a big role.

Curious. The only other thing he could be doing is providing his voice for Gill in Kim Possible; but I doubt it was that hectic. Maybe they just didn't feel the need or something?
