I saw this article, and it made me think of Francis:

What do you think?

Most of the time when I'm coming along with my mother very well over a couple of weeks, we fight again over nothing. Like today. Some pretty mean things were shouted through the room.

But I think I'm coming along with my parents very well. Such things happen every month or so. That's normal I guess.

Now to the list: I think some of the points are pretty "kitschy". I wouldn't say "I love you" to my mom, for example. Other points are good, like point 6 and 9. I don't think the others would be usable for me.

It made you think just of Francis? All of the boys (even Jamie) have to deal with that overbearing mother of theirs!

True, but it's Francis whose always obsessed about his mother; who always wants his mother to lay off and mind her own business; who think she's always out to get him, even when she's being nice.

I especially like the quote "I love you, but I don't want to discuss that with you.". :P
