All my epps are stored on DVD now, I never downloaded season 1 I actually bought the DVD for it.

I watch them after school on a monday as well.

I tend not to rewatch things, I really don't enjoy things the second time round that much so once they are on disc I rarely see them again.

This is a good question. One I will probably investigate further for my study, so thanks for starting off TJ!

The ways in which we watch TV can affect our judgements in various ways. Cultural theorists have written many books to back this up.

I too watch MITM on my computer. Very seldom do I see the episodes outside of a lsptop screen with the use of earphones for the sound. Even though I have season one on DVD, that too is seen on my laptop.

Watching it on a television, either in my parents' living room or a hotel room has a different feel. Also, whether we watch an episode alone or with family members or friends present can influence our opinions.

I have also most of them on my computer. I watch the new episodes from season 6 usually at the end of the week (not on Mondays, I try to "save" the new episodes as long as possible ). :D
I have the first season DVD set and most episodes of season 3,4 and 5 on video. I´ve got season 2 on burned CDs, but just because they don´t show the older episodes here, anymore.:( I can´t say how often I watch the show. My mother likes the show, too, so I sometimes watch some episodes with her.

I don't watch them on PC, I have season 1 on DVD, Seasons 2, and half of 3 on VHS (someone still uses this:Shocked: [I had to]) I tape them when the are on, once a day. Once I have them all on VHS, I'll turn them into DVDs, But I figure once I have them all, seasons 2 & 3 will be on DVD. So in the end, it will all be pointless.

J, aren't they all rather poor quality, and wouldn't they still have the commercials? The more you can keep them digital, the better off you'll be.

@appanah- My Uncle has a machine that you put the VHS in, play the tape, and record it on DVD.

@yardgames- I don't mind the comercials, thats snack time, and poor quality is better then no quality, the tapes I make are just as good as syndication.

Sometimes I watch MitM on ORF1 (austrian TV channel). But at 6:30PM I don't always have the time to watch.

Furthermore, I have all the episodes on DVD or CD. So if I have time, I can watch whatever episode I want alone or with my friends here at the hostel. We do that every now and then.;)

The latest episodes I get to see 1 or 2 weeks after they have aired, because I can only download them at my parent's house. Pretty sad, because I'm always late with discussing them. :(

And, every now and then, I have those crazy days where I have nothing better to do than watch one MitM episode after another. :D For example, I watched the whole second season on one day. :Swirl:

I watch MITM on weekdays on WPME UPN 35 and I watch the FOX episodes. I currently cannot afford the Season 1 DVD, but I have been taping all the syndicated episodes and some of the first runs on FOX (Not all of them, though. The current season has been kind of weak).

Now I can't imagine going a day without my Hal-fix.

Aahhh...computer savy people. I've never watched any TV shows on my PC (or laptop rather: I use it like a PC b/c the screen's dead and I've connected it to a monitor), only movies I want to hear the audio commentary on. And now I can't even do that b/c media player refuses to show video.

So, I watch it the old fashioned way - VHS:D. It's a pain having to ffwd through the ads, but the way I see it, they're supposed to be there i.e. the show is designed around them.

I watch them on tv when they come on the WB channel and Fox channel. I watch the WB reruns at 10 pm Monday-Friday and the new ones on Fox on Sundays at 6:30 pm. I tape them though; so I can rewatch them whenever.
I do have a plan to rent the first season from Blockbuster also.

This past season when MITM was on at 7:30, I would record it and watch it later in the evening as I was often not available to watch it as it was airing. I have season 1 on DVD and just about all of the episodes on tape. I'm missing a few hear and there but when the show began running in syndication last September, I started taping them all on VHS. Of course, I'm missing a number of the cold openers as many have been cut for syndication but some I can remember from the episode's original broadcast run. In my area, MITM is shown in syndication at 6:30pm and 12:30am weekdays. I usually watch the 6:30pm show each weeknite.

I watch the syndicated episodes on FOX at 6:30...it's not as good as the originals since a lot of good scenes (mainly cold opens) were cut out in syndication. I'm waiting to get my DVD player fixed and more seasons to come out on DVD so I can watch the full versions.

I watch Malcolm In The Middle 2 times every day on the UPN and some stored on my DVR. I'd estimate the average MITM episode I watch every month is about 70 episodes! :) :D . Scary, huh?(Yet lucky!;) :) )
