Erik Per Sullivan's summer project...

isn't on TV or on the big screen. In fact, it isn't even an acting project at all. Nope, instead, he'll be working at his family's restaurant this summer in Massachusetts. :)

Click here for today's article from the Boston Herald along with a new photo of Erik.

Well, that's cute. *Goes to watch Dewey's Day Job from season 1 DVD. :D Thanks Rye, it's always fun to know what the cast is doing now that our favorite show is done. Can you believe it's been over a month already!?

I really hope to see Erik do more acting jobs. He was one of the most gifted of all the actors on the show(well, actually, ALL of them were great, so...:D ). Not only that, personally think Erik was great during the first season when he was pretty young. Tell me any other actor as young as he was that was that good!:)
Anyways, seeing as how he's working at his family's restraunt, I think he'll probably be a big time restraunt tycoon in the future!

I really hope to see Erik in more acting projects too, but that's really cool that he's working in his family's restaurant. It shows that he's humble and doesn't see himself as some bigshot hollywood star who thinks he's too important to be seen bussing tables. :D Wish I was going to Masachusetts so I could go to his restaurant and meet him. :)

LOL, I didn't say I want to go meet him and date him. I want to meet him cause he seems like a cool guy and so I could I say that I met one of the show's stars. :p Wouldn't you want to meet Erik?

Alright, back on Erik!
He's got a job at his family's restraunt. What I like to know is what all he is doing. Serving, cleaning, cooking even?:D

Yeah, I was thinking that too. He looks a lot older, though it's only been a few months since they filmed graduation. I guess at 14 people change a lot in a few months. :D

Remember he is playing someone younger, so they will dress he so he looks younger. If he dresses older then he can look older.

That was one of the weirdest things about watching MITM, how fast Erik grew and it's just neat we got to watch him grow up before our eyes. Just think back to season 1-he was really young, not too smart, etc. Then, fastforward to season 7-he's grown and about as tall as Frankie is!:D

@tony, no I doubt he'll be providing any musical entertainment, I was joking- harking back to Dewey's virtuoso skills :D

How tall is Frankie? In interviews he's always said to be very small, but on TV he appears average height- I know TV is deceiving so, I was just wandering if any Frankie specialist knew?

That's tiny! Are you sure it's right? I know towards the end, Dewey was out growing Malcolm, but he still seems sort of average height when compared with other cast members. I guess most successful child actors are small for their age though.

Anyway, back to Erik; do you think he'll ever act again? If you look at Dewey's Day Job, he seems unsure as to whether he wants to continue acting post Malcolm- I know he's quite young in that, but perhaps it's not for him.

Funny you should ask. :D I only happen to know as I'm about to post a new article here in the News section, in which it states Frankie is 5 feet 4 inches tall.
I saw an article years ago (circa season 1) in which Frankie said he was 5'4" tall, but had grown a few inches since x picture was taken. I'm sure he's taller than that!
