Justin Berfield’s ‘Romance and Cigarettes’ in more Theaters

As posted previously, Romance and Cigarettes, a film co-produced by Justin, opened in an exclusive engagement at the New York Film Forum back in September. Now, the film is set for a limited run in additional theaters in additional cities through the end of the year. See the new official site for details.

Bryan Cranston (Hal) ‘Breaking Bad’ Promo [Video]

Breaking Bad is a new TV series starring Bryan Cranston (Hal) and it looks like Bryan is coming back in a big way.

Its scheduled to première on ~~Thursday, January 17th at 10:00pm~~ Sunday, January 20 at 10:00/9:00c on AMC. This is subject to change due to the ongoing writers strike. Nine episode of the series were ordered by AMC and it is unclear how many have been shot. Whether or not they have all been completed will determine if the show premières on this date as will when the writers strike ends.

This interview with a camera rental service says:

Breaking Bad will be returning equipment in late December and shutting down.

However it doesn’t say how much filming is completed.

Ever painted your face?: Not yet, but I plan on it this year.

Game/Event I wish I saw: Game 7 of the Western Conference semifinals in 2006, even though the Clippers lost.”

Frankie Muniz Racing Plans for 2008

Frankie Muniz appears set to join Pacific Coast Motorsport’s ‘junior team’, US RaceTronics, for next season’s Champ Car Atlantic campaign, although he is yet to officially announce it. Frankie followed a weekend spent in PCM colours at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez by making his first test outing with US RaceTronics as the team kick-started its winter development programme at Buttonwillow Raceway.

“it was an awesome experience,” said Muniz. “I learned so much, the car felt great, we ran 200 miles without an issue. I am excited to announce my plans for 2008 in the coming weeks.”

“The test went very well, it was an awesome experience,” Muniz commented, “I learned so much, the car felt great, and we ran 200 miles without an issue. I got to run quite a lot of laps and felt very good about the car and where we were heading throughout the day. I to have been out of the car for a while now, so it’s good to be back.”

With each stint the former actor continued to improve his times and clearly became increasingly comfortable with his new surroundings.

The 2008 Champ Car Atlantic season begins on April 20 with the Long Beach Grand Prix.

Frankie Muniz on ‘Criminal Minds’ Promo [Video]

Get ready, the much anticipated Criminal Minds episode that has been hailed as unlike any Criminal Minds episode you have seen before. Not only is it starring our very own Frankie Muniz as a comic book artist but has already had great reviews before airing. Check out the promo trailer above. From it we can gather that a killer is bringing to life the deaths or murders from his character’s comics and the FBI either suspects Frankie’s character of the crimes or enlists him to help them catch a killer or both.

The episode will be airing o Wednesday, November 28th at 9:00pm on CBS. Shortly after we will have a copy for you to watch/stream or download here, so check back after Wednesday!
